Mount Bromo located at East Java. I had fun joining my friend on a trip to this part of the world. Mount Bromo is a volcanic mountain. It is still live volcano, last eruption happended in year 2004. Smoke still steaming up from the volcano crater. On the foot hill of mount bromo, there is an Hindu Temple, where they give offering to the god every year.
We took jeep from Bromo Permai resort passing the foot hill of mount Bromo and got to Penanjakan mountain to see the sunrise at 4am in the morning. The picture was taken from Mount Penanjakan. There is a viewing platform at the mountain.
After viewing the sunrise and mount bromo from a distance, we took the jeep again to the foot hill of mount Bromo and start walking pass the sea of sand and the Hindu temple to get to the volcano crater. I think those are actually volcanic sand, as it is black in color. There is staircase leading to the volcano crater.
